Tenant called the city inspector on landlord. city inspector requested that landlord hire a license electrician to correct the electrical hazards. all the hazards was corrected. we did noticed the furnace being tied into other circuits and was separated. exposed electrical wire that was showing was eliminated and cover in flex conduit
