As one of the premier custom builders in Southeastern Indiana, we believe that a home should reflect the character and enhance the lifestyle of its owner. We pride ourselves on developing a strong relationship with our clients, which in turn, helps us design and build a home of superior quality that offers the owners a truly personalized balance of features and value, while creating a home that is unique in its design, craftsmanship, and living enjoyment.
The majority of our construction is in Dearborn County and the West side of Cincinnati, but we are not limited to those areas. We have built homes ranging from 1,600 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. When you build with Sequoia, we do our best to work within your budget, without compromising our quality standard.
Almost every builder says they build a quality home. Quality should be, and is more than a tagline. With us, quality is a philosophy; it is in everything we do. From footers to the finished product and subcontractors to suppliers, we have worked to identify those people and companies that share our expectations and philosophy. We build every home as though we are building our own.
Sequoia was founded by Tom Nare and is owned by Kevin Nare. Tom and Kevin, with their 60 years of combined experience, have gained a vast knowledge of residential and commercial construction. Our goal has been to become one of the top builders in the tri-state area. Our goal was never, and is still not, to become a large organization. We take on only those projects we can personally supervise. And so, when you build with my company, you build with me. We work very closely with each building customer, whether it is a small remodel or a custom home, to assure you the highest level of personal attention and satisfaction from concept to completion.
