Shanks Development is a family real estate development company focused on servicing the needs of the residential and commercial industry. Our love for developing beautiful properties branched us into a diverse range of the industry. It started in 2012 servicing foreclosure properties, rehabilitating abandoned properties, and then placing them back into the marketplace.
Over the years our hard work, dedication for perfection, and market sense has established us as a full-service general contractor and development company. As we focus on style, design, and craftsmanship we know the process of completing a project properly. We pay attention to the needs and wants of our clients and what the marketplace needs. Each project goes through a rigorous evaluation process created to help the success of the project. The process of the project is just as important as the completed investment.
