In a sea of sameness, Shoreline Construction stands out as a group of professionals (who rarely take themselves too seriously) passionately pursuing our mission to deliver Peace of Mind to our clients by living out our core values. Founded in 2006 by Chris and Katie Dalzell, Shoreline residential specializes in quality Lowcountry homes tailored to fit each client’s unique lifestyle and aesthetic. We build throughout Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, and have built over 150 residences within Palmetto Bluff.

While we welcome architect led projects, many of our jobs are ‘Design Build.’ Clients seeking a turn-key experience often appreciate this approach as we bring pre-construction services under our umbrella to coordinate architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, surveying, design consultations, DRB/ARB approvals, and permitting.

Of particular value to our clients is our sister company Furnish. Shoreline provides full interior design services on every job via Furnish to include interior finish selections and/or furnishings for your residence. Each project has a lead interior designer and a design coordinator tasked with understanding your aesthetic and vision and ensuring that it is fully realized in your new home. Our designers are key team members and work closely with project management and field superintendents as a cohesive unit.

We’ve been fortunate to have crafted highly publicized projects (including multiple homes for Southern Living and HGTV), but our greatest joy is found in the connections we form with our clients. We absolutely love where we live and what we do for a living because of the relationships we get to enjoy on a daily basis.
