Si-Be Builder LLC is a custom home builder providing Central PA with excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service in residential home construction. Simon Bender, founder of Si-Be Builder, got his first taste of the home building business in the late 1960’s working for various contractors. In the early 70’s Simon and his brother jointly founded Bender Builders and began building new homes in the Lewisburg area. In the early 80’s Simon bought his brothers share of the business and reorganized it under its current name Si-Be Builder LLC.
Always a perfectionist, Simon has worked hard to maintain a high level of quality control in every home he has built. Because of the company's small size, Simon serves both as president and project manager for Si-Be Builder. This unique arrangement guarantees that the details of your new home will receive the attention they deserve.
