First of all thank you so much! We very much appreciate each and every client that comes our way. My name is HEIDI CHARLES. I am the General Contractor/Owner of Simple Living Remodeling. In business in the bay area since 1996. I know the neighborhoods and my neighbors very well. I take clients based on personality fit. It’s essential to efficiency and the overall success of the project. Life is just too short. I have six teams of men that work for me specifically if we don’t subcontract any work out. They all mean a lot to me they are like family. All working with me for several years. We have a design care Coordinator, A structural engineer, a draftsman, and Project Manager. We are all very task oriented. Generally speaking we finish a kitchen remodel in four weeks or 20 days. It’s very important for people to have their lives back. It’s not often that one of our clients has the opportunity or luxury to move out of their home while we are conducting a remodel. So we make sure that we work quickly and efficiently ..so that you can start enjoying your new remodeling project as soon as possible. On Home Advisor we have 22 reviews with a 4.88 review over the years. I attribute this to the wonderful team that I work with. They offer so much care and concern for my clients well-being and happiness with each project. We are new to build zoom… So we will start transferring reviews and adding new ones. We will take excellent care of you and your family… I am very concerned about cost and making things cost-effective. If things are not affordable people cannot afford to remodel. We do pro bono work throughout the year as well to help people that can’t otherwise afford to complete remodeling projects . We also work with seniors and people with disabilities. This is how we started out it’s very important for us to help seniors age in place and people with disabilities stay active in society. These are all things that are near and dear to my heart.
