I wish you would have reached out to our company with your concerns. My understanding was everything was resolved over 2 years ago. As you know we are a very reputable company this is why you hired us. As far as your issues. We did have Anderson windows come out and Repair or replace all your windows under warranty, the interior to exterior location was spray foamed not fiberglassed insulated as it was much to small of a area, I am very sorry we covered one of your outlets up but we did find it and repaired the Sheetrock, laminate flooring turned out great. We appreciate any and all feedback. As far as the siding I have not heard anything about this at all, lastly they timing. As a construction company part of our process as we have many jobs in Que. We unfortunately are not able to always start right after approval. We do however provide a estimated time to start and duration of project before signing the contract when we will be able to start work on any project. We wish you and your family the best. The contractor is always very nice, but job details are terrible. On a 4 season porch.....temp floor frame joists sunk, had to jack up after the fact, windows were skewed and did not shut, had to be replaced, small outside wall area was sheet rocked with no insulation, sheet rock installed and covered one outlet I had to finished sheet rock after 1st mudding including paint, laminate floor was going to be put in without being flat to product spec until I corrected their attention, and some house siding was never nailed when done. The small 4 season porch took 9 months to fin
