ABOUT US
Solid Walk Contractors LLC, was started in the middle of 2019, with CEO Nelson Rios as a contractor, and Rebecca Rios as an Interior Designer. Together we started working on renovating close friends and relatives homes, spaces and posted pictures on social media.
Through the Internet, Our work started gaining recognition and requests for assistance in renovating an individual‘s personal spaces. Slowly working on the weekends for extra cash turned into a full-time business and thus Solid Walk Contractors LLC was established.
OUR TEAM
Once Solid Walk Contractors LLC started hiring employees to help business operations, fresh and diverse ideas started flowing in. So, we decided to Partner up with Ismael Figueroa and his wife Headdy Figueroa. The business is starting to grow and gain recognition and we now work with a major investor in Philadelphia Rex Barr and with Mark Tolif of CityWide property management.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal outlines the project details of how we conduct our projects.We start you off with our free consultation. Once we are in we will start off with Demolition. Framing. (if necessary) Electric. Plumbing. HVAC. Insulation. Drywall. Painting. Floors. Electric and plumbing finish etc. All this will be discussed in the Order that is most convenient and time consuming for your project. Our pricing works two ways. We will give you an estimate with materials included and a separate estimate without the materials, it’s all up to you and will be discussed in the contract.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After thoroughly discussing the details of the project, we provide our clients with a detailed building/remodeling plan. The clients are also provided with a time period during which they are advised to recheck the details. The temporary allows us to rectify any issues in the contract before the official contract is created and sign.
Furthermore, the details of the contract supersede any other verbal or written discussions. Building materials and equipment may vary from the discussed method. However, they will, at all times, meet the building codes.
