Jeremy took an interest in the construction field at a very young age. His grandfather, Mr Durward was a well known residential contractor in the Picayune area who was known for his talent and integrity. Jeremy found himself excited and deeply interested in his grandfather’s profession. Spending summer break with his grandparents as a teenager, he would work alongside his grandfather. As he grew into a young man he pursued his passion, following in his grandfather’s footsteps.

Jeremy went on to work in the road construction business for Huey Stockstill Inc. He worked on a framing crew and also honed his skills in carpentry and millwork.

Jeremy’s father, Woody, owned Bailey Switch Development Company and began developing subdivisions – Hickory Ridge and later, The Garden District in Picayune Mississippi.

In 2004, Jeremy decided it was time to go out on his own. Since that time, he has built many beautiful custom homes. He is a Residential contractor known for well built homes with beautiful design features and attention to every detail. Jeremy stands behind his work and follows through from start to finish.
