The Build Process ~ We understand that a renovation or new construction project comes with a mix of emotions: stress, excitement, worry, and oftentimes, it can be overwhelming. For most of us, our real estate is our most valuable asset, and upgrading our real estate is our biggest investment. It's a major time investment as well; weeks, months, even years, and literally hundreds of decisions to be made.

Working with many customers of the past years, we realize that most of the concerns our clients have, simply come from a lack of knowledge, or unfortunately, a bad prior experience. To alleviate some of that tension and to make sure THIS project is a great experience; South Pointe will be your adviser and educator from the start. We will do anything we can to clear-up the confusion, take away the uncertainty, and avoid the “surprises” that arise and are ever-too-common in our industry. In essence we work to handle everything from the initial consultation meeting with a client, completing all designs or drawings, providing approved plans, material coordination, and all the way to final inspection of the job.
