Marc Spaeth remodeled our master bath, with cultured marble shower, glass door, new shower head and ceramic tile flooring. He also installed a ceramic flooring in the guest bathroom. He was professional at all times, and was open to our ideas. We found him to put us at ease. We felt comfortable with him working in our home when we were unable to be at home. The job was more than satisfactory. We feel confident in recommending him.

Marc Spaeth was a badly needed breath of fresh air!
Last summer I decided to sell my house. After several showings it became clear that updates were needed to make that happen. I contacted 5 contractors. The first was dismissive and condescending and pulled numbers out of a hat without even measuring the space. The second was excited to give me a guesstimate but told me he had to “ go find an electrician and plumber”; the third called 45 minutes after our appointment and laughed about having slept in. The 4th wanted an obscene amount of money and to rebuild my whole house. I was about to give up when Marc called asking if he could come 20 minutes earlier than planned!
From the minute he greeted my dog I could tell that my persistence had paid off. Marc gave me a thorough estimate, start date, end date, advice about decisions…. He started on time, worked efficiently and well. He left my house each day looking cleaner than when he had come in. The resulting bathroom remodel was amazing! What had looked like a motor home bathroom looked spacious, sleek, and beautiful.
As the project developed I found myself wanting to do more updates to my house and Marc made the time to accommodate these requests!
Marc’s work was excellent… but what was even more refreshing was that he totally went the extra mile.
During the remodel a storm dumped leaves and branches on my roof and I got an estimate for someone to clean it. Marc was as shocked as I at the ridiculous price and he brought his leaf blower out and cleaned off my roof without charging me a dime.
I can’t say enough about how positive this experience was. From the first day to the last when he hauled off the debris, AND included appliances that garbage haulers rejected I will forever be grateful and appreciative!
