Shady. Used Specialty Contractors NW through Home Depot for a new shower/toilet and floor in small bath in Sept. 2020. $15,000 for what seem like medium-grade materials, and NOT including a vanity. Reps lied about unnecessary things, like saying they would be onsite - repeatedly - and then when I actually had an issue, turns out they were never on site. They sent someone to review the issue, and he promised the entire floor would be ripped out and re-installed - which I didn't even ask for. And he didn't say "maybe" - he said he had authority to schedule that fix and would schedule it as soon as he got to the office. But in the meantime, he asked me to go ahead and sign the release saying the work was done to my satisfaction, to save time on paperwork. Totally embarrassed, but I signed it. After that, company called to say the inspector reported NO work was needed, and when I protested, I just never heard from them again. Workmanship was mediocre. Bathroom was dirty when they called me to inspect initially, and they hadn't even installed the glass shower doors that they charged $1000 for - though they fixed that within a day after I pointed it out. I used the shower for two weeks and it was fine, then I was gone for a couple months. Next time I used the shower, water gushed into the basement. Working with them to fix this has been a hassle - apparently the people I interacted with initially no longer work there, and they didn't have their phone or email forwarded to anyone. Two stars is assuming they fix this issue with the shower - if they dont I'll come back lower to one star.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I paid $20,000 up front before
Christmas and they said the job would take 4 days, and it's Feb 5th and
they still haven't finished the job. -

We used Specialty Contractors through Home Depot to do bathroom renovations and though the work was done quickly, it was not done completely and damage was done. After numerous phone calls we waited two Fridays in a row to have a contractor come by. No one came and no one called. Communication has been terrible and we are left with incomplete work at our home. Would not recommend.
