Split Rock provided essentially NO oversight of the subcontractors. There was no competitive bidding.
COMPLETE lack of attention to the plans was so typical of Split Rock that tiling had to RIPPED OUT to access wiring and lamp fixtures.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPLIT ROCK TO BUILD A DOG HOUSE!
