Steven Feller has over thirty- nine years of experience in every aspect of residence construction. Feller began his career in Nassau County, N.Y. in 1978, launching Steve Feller Contracting in 1987. He relocated to Colorado in 1992. In Colorado, Feller expanded his experience in site supervision and subcontractor management for homes in the 1 million to 5 million dollar range as New Home Construction Supervisor for Chinook Construction in Boulder, CO. By 2000, he owned and operated Paragon Builders and Development Remodeling Division Inc. Paragon Builders Remodeling Division focused on new home construction and on complex remodeling projects.
Since 2006, Steven Feller has been Vice president of Construction for Berthoud Development LLC and President of Feller Homes Inc., He has entire oversight of project design and supervision, budget management, and project scheduling. Projects completed from 2006 – 2017 include 59 semi-custom -homes in two subdivisions in Berthoud, CO and numerous custom homes in the Denver-Boulder-Fort Collins area.
As of January 1, 2018, Steven Feller opened Spruce Home Builders. Spruce Home Builders is building custom homes in the Denver-Boulder-Fort Collins area."
