I highly recommend Homez Remodel. This is a newish company - they’ve been around I believe 4 years and just merged and formed a new group of fellow craftsmen. So they are currently (it’s now 2/25/23) NOT booked way out so they are AVAILABLE. I had them tile my bathroom floor in short order and was so impressed. Paul is the project manager and he came out twice to make sure we were on the same page about how things would be done. I love their contract - it’s so good, I’m going to demand the same commitments from my other contractors. Licensed, bonded and insured. They did the whole job in a little over one day and it was gorgeous. You have to know what you’re doing to work that fast and well. Very happy with this company’s talent. AND they came in with the lowest bid. Very accommodating. They threw in a free new line on my toilet and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Communication was great although you have to go through the project manager because some of the workmen don’t speak very good English. These are Eastern European craftsmen! Paul tells me they do everything except foundation work.

Paul and his Team are the definition of "hard working". They are extremely time efficient, provide "grade A" quality of work, and provide great pricing. We use them all the time, as I work for a property management company in the state of Washington and need help with remodels, flooring, decking, fencing etc. The best part is their communication. Paul sends step by step updates of our projects, takes pictures, personal calls to us and is always on time. I have worked with many speciality vendors and general contractors all throughout Washington and Paul and Homes Remodel Team are unmatched. They are by far and without a doubt going to give you the best quality work, pricing and finish on whatever project you may have. 10 out of 10 Stars!

Val and Bogdan did quality work finishing our basement (which included a new bedroom and bathroom). They accommodated our needs and the challenges/quirks of our old 1920s house. And went above and beyond sometimes - carried out our old washer/dryer and got the new ones down our basement stairs :o
The small bumps in the road that came were handled promptly by Paul. We were given a detailed estimate and the work stayed within that estimate. Work was done well within the estimated time-frame (only some minor supply/delivery delays that were outside the team's control)

Me and my wife were a bit hesitant when searching for contractors that really saw our vision and proceeded to be honest and truthful throughout the process. Upon hiring Paul it didn’t take long to see his professionalism. He was really helpful throughout the process not only with the labor being done but also with his knowledge. He guided us well and helped us make the right choices for our brand new kitchen that me and my wife are in love with. He also works with the best in the industry and assured us he won’t settle for less. We contacted him a few months later to paint our entire house interior and exterior and again it was done very professional, within budget and on time!! He really delivers great quality work/management and we would highly recommend him to anyone. I already recommended him to my brother in law and he’s almost done with his bathroom remodels:) five stars!! (Won’t be posting photos since it’s my personal home and we enjoy our privacy)

Homez Remodel is a great company. Paul and his crew do great quality work and are clean and organized.

Paul assembled a very competent and courteous crew that tackled the deck repair and other exterior work to my satisfaction and within the budget. Very clear at communicating and scheduling.

I had a deck surface replaced with all-weather material as my 20-year-old deck was rotting due to weather. They complimented the work of the previous deck builder, and did not try to upsell me once started.
Paul and his crew were professional from beginning to end. Extremely hard working and respectful of property. I had 5 quotes from different groups, and while his was not the cheapest, he answered a lot of my concerns and addressed the timeline and estimated time for completion. Both were accurate. They started exactly when they said they would, and they stayed until the job was complete. They did not try to push one product over the other but told me the pros and cons of options.
He was very receptive to phone calls when I wanted to ask questions. And came to see the progress along the way, which lasted approximately 2 weeks.

If I had any other work to be done, I would not hesitate to contract with him again
