Stanbrooke was formed in 2002 to fill the growing demand for affordable luxury in Washington State. Stanbrooke custom homes are built on your lot to give you the ultimate flexibility of living where and how you want to live.
We’re not a production home builder, and we don’t build basic boxes. Our homes are built with distinction and character and yet are value oriented. Because we build our plans over and over, we’ve been able to negotiate favorable prices with our suppliers and trade partners which allows us to pass tremendous value on to you. Our homeowners generally move into their new home with 15 to 20 percent equity because they’ve purchased wisely.
Since 2002, hundreds of Northwest home buyers have chosen Stanbrooke to build their dream home. You provide the land and utilities, and ready the building pad, and we do pretty much everything else. Take a good look and you’ll be surprised at how many features are included in our base prices.
