With remote stairlift appointments, you can video chat with a Stannah stairlift expert using your favorite app or have an audio only conversation. We recommend using video when possible because it will allow our expert to see your stairs; while, at the same time, allowing you to see a live stairlift demonstration in our showroom.

Contact-free installation is our standard practice and is the safest way to have your stairlift installed. During a courtesy call on the day of installation, our installers will let you know they will be arriving shortly. You will be asked to unlock the door and wait in a nearby room. Our professionally trained installers will come equipped with the proper safety gear, including gloves, masks, and disinfectant wipes. They will maintain the safe distance as recommended by the CDC and make sure that everything is wiped down thoroughly and ready for you to begin using upon their departure.
