As with most enduring businesses, Stevenson Builders was formed with the intent to help solve an existing problem or frustration. That problem, in our eyes, is the customer's experience of working with contractors.
It is far too often that we hear stories of customers paying more than their contract price due to "change orders," or being told it will take 6 months and it actually takes 2 years, or having quality issues as soon as the last check is written. We intend to change that.
At Stevenson Builders, we make working with a contractor easy. To make sure we can serve every customer to the best of our abilities, we stand on the principles that first made us begin contracting:
Integrity - We understand that working with someone else's resources is serious business. That's why we are fully honest start to finish... no unrealistic sales pitches, overly optimistic time frames, or petty excuses. Additionally, we ensure that every project is built to any associated codes and acquire all necessary permits.
Transparency - Contracting is more than just building, it's a relationship. Our proposals are clear and concise, making sure the customer knows exactly what they are paying for. Need a change order? No problem - most change orders are completed at-cost unless additional overhead is required. .
Excellence - No matter what the project is, big or small, our quality is no less than impeccable. We are truly passionate about our products and are just as excited to build your vision as you are.
