Michael Brandt has a unique background and experience. At the beginning of his career, he worked hands on in the field before moving to management. At the age of 22, he was working as the Project Manager for Coast to Coast General Contractors, Inc. at the Blue & Green Diamond Condominium project in Miami Beach. At the time of construction, it was the tallest ocean front condominium in the world. From interior build-out to multimillion dollar structural repairs, Michael oversaw multiple work crews consisting of 140 personnel at times. At the age of 24, while still working at the Blue & Green Diamond Project, Michael acquired his GC license and became the qualifier and President of Coast to Coast General Contractors, Inc.

In succeeding years Michael Brandt has completed many high-rise and garage restoration projects some of which at the most prestigious Properties in South Florida. Michael has gained the respect of many engineers in part for his keen insights involving the industry. He has written articles which has been published in various magazines.

In 2006 Michael Brandt founded Shira-Con, Inc. a consulting company geared towards helping Condominiums thru the often confusing and painful experience of a Concrete Restoration Project. His vision was to guide Associations throughout the process and helping them save money and avoid common problems by setting up the job properly from it’s inception to completion. Michael has since consulted for engineer firms and many Associations.

Bringing us to current day, Michael Brandt founded Structural Integrity Contractors, Inc. with a vision to build a company that brings together his experiences and reputation choosing a name that epitomizes his career, reputation and continuing goals.

Suffice it to say, Structural Integrity is adamant about maintaining a high level of quality only taking on jobs that can be properly staffed and managed with top quality personnel.
