They lied and deceived us with design of the system. Undersized it so it produces less than what we asked for. Turns out that several employees who left the company state that the bosses on purpose forced theirs salespeople to undersize systems in order for them to be competitive. Very unethical and deceptive company. Stay away from them..

Based on my experience so far with Sullivan Solar, I would recommend them. We are midway through the project because our house is in the process of being built. Sullivan has done a good job of coordinating the work with our electrician and roofing people. They also were very responsive when I had questions prior to starting.

I signed the Solar contract on March 16th and got my Solar installation turn on on May 2nd. Sullivan had a company do my roof on April 26th, on April 27th they installed the panels, on April 30th we passed inspection and on May 2 it was turned on. They told me that by June it would be finished but the process was faster than expected.
I had 10 different quotes from several solar companies and I went with Sullivan specially, because the project manager Spencer Rosen made me feel at ease with my concerns and worries about spending all of that money on a Solar system. Spencer stay in touch with me all the way and kept me on the loop of what was going on with my Solar project. I give Spencer all of the credit for me signing to do this project with Sullivan and I wanted to give the contract to a San Diego company. Spencer knows what customer service is all about. Thanks to Spencer and all the other guys that worked on my project. -
