Would not recommend this company they do not do the job properly or professionally the so called owner Eddie is not a professional business man Save yourself a lot of headache n stress use another company for your roofing needs !!! Also Eddie says he is the owner but according to the state it’s owned by another person
it’s owned by another person.

The crew was professional, hardworking, friendly, courteous and came out to our home well prepared, knowledgeable, neat and at a very good price for all of the work that was completed.
My husband and I were very surprised how quickly they came out after securing our scheduled day and time! The owner also had excellent communication!

Arrived on time! Did not exaggerate any existing problems. Gave direct solutions!

They replaced the roofs on our condominium complex, 7 building in all. The Hispanic workers installing the roofs worked very hard and diligently and I give them credit for that. However, overall I would say that the work done was "sloppy". Damaged gutters, discarded nails everywhere to which our landscaper incurred 2 flat tires that the Condo Association had to compensate/reimburse. Sections of the roofing material were attached to corner areas of the buildings in a make shift manner and looks horrible - attached with pieces of aluminium framing and what appears to be dry wall paste. It completely cheapens the look of sections of the building not to mention value. Perhaps for a residential home they do better work but for a large scale project, such as ours, I would not hire them to do the job.

We were very pleased with the job Summer Breeze did. I recommend them highly. We were particularly impressed by the crew and their honesty. The cleanup was well done too.

Ed was wonderful to work with. Crew was outstanding, worked tirelessly. Left our property in excellent condition clean and no nails on driveway. They did everything they said they would do. Love my new roof. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent experience

Ed and his team are the epitome of what a roofing company should be! They did a phenomenal job replacing the roof at Hotel Detroit even with the difficult placement and area they had to work in. Being the community manager for this historic building in St.. Petersburg, i was a bit nervous having this major renovation done. But Summer Breeze was there to make sure it turned out perfect and it did! I will recommend them to my portfolio of properties as well as anyone needing a great company for roofing projects!

Just completed a roofing project with summer breeze roofing. Meet with Eddie ,we agreed on price and what was to be done. The crew showed up and did a great job. They even done a few little things that was not in the contract, like putting some sealant where the fascia boards come togeather, and they did not replace fascia boards. They did a great job of cleaning up and were hard working and courteous. I would recommend Summer breeze roofing on any roofing project

Summer Breeze Roofing did an outstanding job. More than what we expected. They really got down to the bone when it comes to renovating the roofing materials that were old and rotten due to rain damage. The roof to this day looks as if it were done yesterday. The job was done on the same day - no prolonged days. One day and BOOM they were done. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a roofing done well!
