Founded in 1982 in Prescott Arizona, Sun Pine Homes specializes in both the design and the construction of energy efficient, sustainable custom homes that maximize views and blend into the environment, integrating boulders, trees and other natural elements.
Our homes are all inclusive packages. The price includes everything needed to design and build the ultimate home to your unique specifications. We incorporate the latest building science and green construction practices to produce high quality homes with a tight thermal envelope. Our carefully crafted homes provide supreme comfort, energy savings, safety, and durability.
Al Snyder, Senior Partner and founder of Sun Pine Homes is a third-generation builder. The Snyder family has been building custom homes since 1919. Al’s grandfather, Charles Heath Snyder, was an ardent disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright. He passed many of Wright’s passions and beliefs to his grandson.
