We are a custom builder, I and my wife started the company and I we've been in business for over 15 years. 99% of the homes I built are all strictly custom homes or spin-offs from my models that I designed.
I have five different models to choose from but again they all can be changed according to the client and their needs, from adding square footage or just simply removing square footage.
And when it comes to working with clients I help them from the bank loan to founding the lot, to designing the house and we bid out the project a 100% of their budget, so they know their total budget and not a hook bait? I cover everything from permits to impact fees to wells for the water to the septic tank to the driveway sod plants fans AC unit stoves refrigerators this is a turnkey price on all my bids
