In December 2021, we met Kendall Wilson. He and another man were looking at our trees in front of our house & we went out to talk to them to see what was going on. Kendall introduced himself, gave us his card, wrote his cell phone on the back, & told us to call if we needed anything & that he always answered his phone (and he did whenever we called) and he would treat our home as if it was his during this time making sure we were satisfied with everything. He proceeded to tell us about the widening of our street, new drainage system and new sidewalk. In the days that followed whenever we saw him or his crew, they were always polite, friendly and would make sure to not hinder my husband’s having to get out of our driveway for work. Kendall would explain the next steps that were going to happen when we saw him. We are truly amazed at Kendall for being very friendly, polite, caring and truthful!!! His crew is also. We wanted to praise Kendall for this experience and make sure you know what a valued employee you have!!!
