Sweetwater Construction Engineer

Sweetwater Construction self-performs many services including structural engineering/design, all aspects of concrete construction and installation, equipment installation/relocation, millwright, framing, drywall, carpentry, doors/hardware and demolition. Self-performance of many trades allows us to better serve our customers by controlling costs, expediting schedules and insuring quality installations.

We provide general contracting, facility support services, job order contracting, tenant improvements, design build, structural engineering and design.

Our founder Jeff Lindhardt, began Sweetwater Construction as a sole proprietor in 2001, operating from a small office at the southeast corner of 7200 South and 300 West in Midvale. The company was incorporated in 2016 and moved to 985 West 14600 South. We recently moved to 1369 E. Hindley Lane Eagle Mountain.

Jeff is a professional, licensed contractor with specialized experience in industrial and commercial buildings. Sweetwater Construction has constructed many industrial and commercial projects, such as Providence Elementary School and numerous other ground-up projects.

We specialize in supporting facility managers and maintenance personnel in the daily operations of their business. Because we self-perform all aspects of concrete, asphalt, metal stud/drywall, small carpentry work and structural engineering/design, we control costs and efficiently support the needs of our customers in an efficient and timely manner.

Sweetwater Construction has maintained a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our clients. Having employee owners with a vested interest in our company enhances our ability to retain personnel and demonstrates stability, which is crucial to maintaining long-term relationships. Thus, many of our key personnel have been with us over 10 years. We have many customers who have retained our services for over 8 years.
