Since 1976, Swift Treadwell & Company Inc. has served the Memphis and Mid-South area by building and renovating homes of distinction for the most discerning homeowners. Over the years, that has evolved into innovative remodeling, renovations, specialty additions and the addition of a roofing company. Many of the homes we have built or renovated were designed by some of the regions premier architects.

We are building for the future in several ways. Swift Treadwell, III (Spike) grew up in the business working with his father and is now responsible for the day to day business operations. Upon graduating from college, Spike began working in the business on a full-time basis coordinating construction and ensuring the utmost quality and satisfaction. Over the years, his experience grew as he worked as a project manager, an estimator, a job supervisor all the while allocating field personnel and focusing on product quality and other duties.

Our experienced staff and subcontractor network, assembled over many years, has been part and parcel of our success.
