Our experience with T.H. Agram was amazing. You could not have had better customer service and workmanship on our job. TJ replaced the rotten siding of our house with Hardie board. TJ basically did the entire house alone because he is so attentive to the finest of details.

We also had an expansive wall of glass that had beams that upheld the glass that needed to be replaced due to rotten wood. Again, he was there to supervise the entire project. When all said and done, the details on the project were much better looking and stronger than the original.

TJ and his team are the best! We definitely would recommend them for any project and we definitely got more for our money than ever expected.

TJ Horvatincic replaced the 50 year old T1-11 siding on my home with Hardy board products. The process was conducted under TJ's direct daily supervision. Numerous insect and water damage areas were expertly repaired to be able to complete the new "skin". The results are spectacular, finely crafted with great attention to details around doors, windows, water hose outlets and electrical outlets. The transformation is stunning and the increase to the value of my home offsets the expense of the project. I fully and unhesitatingly recommend T. H. Agram for siding projects.

Writing this is simple, we need more people like this in the world! TJ did a complex siding & soffit job to replace the original aluminum siding with Hardiboard on a custom built 40 year old home. The Building Inspector required a large amount of additional framing and support work but TJ still delivered everything and came up with a good solution for providing proper venting and a seamless installation. His attention to detail and quality of work was excellent.. I am very happy with the finished results.

TJ and his crew were great to work with. They were very prompt and showed up everyday to work early and with great attitudes and good work ethic. TJ wife was excellent in communication at the office to inform me of updates, start dates and times, supply delivery’s and any instruction that they needed me to know of. TJ himself is very detailed oriented and I felt like he treated my home as his own. His crews were courteous, good group of guys, worked well together as a team and were considerate. Everyday they cleaned up after themselves. They always took care of my personal property and worked carefully. I would always recommend these guys they were great.

TJ was very professional and explained everything in great detail. He did 95% of the work by himself. The quality of the job was excellent. He is in great demand but well worth the wait.

My home is 12 years old and although it has Hardie siding the window trim was an inferior product that was deteriorating. I was glad I called TH Agram. TJ was willing to answer any and all questions and really knows his business. He does the type of work that I would do if I knew how to do it. He kept me informed every step of the way. He does not cut corners and works on your house as if it was his. I wish every contractor I work with had his work ethic and attention to detail. TJ did my parents' home years ago and they were so happy with theirs that we
had him out to do ours. We had our vinyl siding replaced with Hardie planks. He really cares about the quality of the workmanship and is even coming out after they're done, paid, and it has all been painted, just to hang some shutters for us up to his standards. Good clean up, didn't find nails everywhere. Would do business with again!

Very satisfied with this company's responsiveness and attention to detail. We needed a small area of T1-11 siding repair and TJ was one of very few companies that was willing to do such a small job and do it right. He prepped the wood siding very well and took his time to do it right. He even added a few screws to some old siding which wasn't fully even and caulked additional areas in prep for our house to be painted. I would definitely use him in the future if we ever want to redo our siding. You can't go wrong to hire TH Agram for siding!

We were lucky to have TJ himself do the work on our house. For every aspect of this project he was professional, courteous, prompt, and organized. His workmanship is spectacular. He presented us with options, was clear and thoughtful answering our questions, and we are so glad we had him do the work. He is also the neatest, most organized builder I have ever seen, and having him around the house was not a bother at all. He is a master at this- even the caulking was done to perfection. Our house is so much better because of him, and having this type of quality work, great customer service, and seamless execution is exactly why I will recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

TH Agram inc. completed the full demo, insulation, sheeting, wrap, HardieLap and trim. Price was right and TJ was great to work with during the process.

Without equivocation I can recommend TH Agram Inc. T-J's team's level of proficiency and craftsmanship is in a league of its own ... not only meeting code but exceeding it. T H Agram submitted a competitive bid and I was not disappointed in his work. He was thorough, professional, polite, & punctual. We contracted with TJ to replace the wooden siding on our home with hardy board. From the very beginning of the project it was apparent that Agram Inc. was a first rate quality company doing quality work. TJ kept us informed of every step in the process. If there was a problem, he would offer options and solutions which would benefit the homeowner, not just the easiest or least cost effective method of resolving the issue.
I'm have no contracting or building experience, so he would always explain what needed to be done and the solution to any problem by illustrating with photos. TJ is a contractor who believes in old world quality and craftsmanship and is conscientious and meticulous in his construction methods.

We met TJ at the Home and Patio Show in Jacksonville, where we were hoping to find a contractor to replace the vinyl siding on our home with Hardie Board. He explained in detail how he installs this product. We were very impressed, especially after speaking with another contractor who also did Hardie Board. T.J. came out to give us an estimate within a very short time and we had the estimate within a week. Communications with him and Ashley, his wifeand an alternate contact point kept us well informed of what would happen and when. Our selection of who will do our siding was based on reviews online. So I trusted my judgement, kept my fingers crossed , and hoped for the best. And TH Agram didn't disappoint us. He and his crew started a few days before the storm. I got worried as the storm got nearer. But he managed to get it done to 90% , and made sure that the siding/ boards were securely fastened. He got our place cleaned up right away. He responded quickly to all my queries. He did an excellent job and I will definitely recommend him. 6 out of 5 stars!

I have nothing but great things to say about TH Agram. We had some roof work done just prior to hiring him for our chimney siding, and the comparison in professionalism and consideration of us as homeowners was a stark contrast to that of our roofers.

It went well, and everything took place as he said it would. His work area was always clean, and he made sure that it was always that way before he left for the day. He didn't need to be checked on or supervised the entire time. EXTREMELY reliable!; we would definitely recommend him to our friends… and already have!

TH Agram Inc installed Hardie-board on my tall chimney and did an excellent job. The owner himself did the work with the help of an assistant at times. I understand that because of the work load he must now use others to do most of the actual labor under his supervision. A case in point is another house on my street in which Hardie board was installed on the entire two-story house after he did the work for me. The home owner is very pleased with the work and it does look good from the street.

If I ever decide to do the same I will definitely consider this contractor.

As a subcontractor who does work for TJ and his clients, I have to say that his quality of workmanship is top notch. I've been on many a job site with "contractors" who say they are doing things right and hiring quality subs, but I can tell you that the subs they hire are nowhere near as professional, clean and easy to work with as TJ.

He schedules jobs right, doesn't have me wait around and pays right on time. When you have a contractor like TJ call, you go do the work.

TJ is a high quality, honest, reliable contractor. He is very meticulous. TJ is always on time and builds everything by the county codes. His projects are built solid and will last a very long time. I wouldn't hire anyone else to do the job.

I would highly recommend working with TJ, he came and did the work when he said he would and finished it on time which is a challenge for many contractors today. The work he did was high quality and his attention to detail leaves me feeling comfortable that I won't have any recurring leak issues in my siding/outer sheeting that he repaired. He used high quality materials and also went to get a custom Hardie board to make sure it matched my existing siding instead of using stock material that wouldn't look as good or match quite right. I probably wouldn't have known the difference honestly, but I appreciate that he explained it to me and made the repair the way I would want it done. Thank you!
