Founder, Ryan Tanner, moved from Michigan to North Carolina in 2007 where he met and married a southern belle. Tanner Built homes has been licensed and insured in Michigan since 1999 and in North Carolina since 2011. Ryan grew up watching his father construct, expand and renovate homes for many happy clients in the North. Ryan is continuing the tradition in the South. He adores helping clients realize the joy of home ownership and making their home renovation dreams a realty.
