Our experience spans both the residential and commercial sectors of the construction industry. Our residential experience ranges from custom built 11,000sf homes to complete renovations of homes built at the turn of the century. At the other end of the spectrum, we’ve designed and built 900sf homes for developers and property managers and we’ve built docks at the Lake. Our projects and managers have been recognized in newspapers and at events for leading the way in our field and setting industry standards for others to emulate.
Our commercial experience is just as expansive and broad as our residential. Our commercial projects range in complexity from taking an old precast factory and turning it into a ready mix concrete plant in just four short months to converting a 2-story multi-use property into a 1-story building that would become Roanoke’s first Popeye's restaurant in just under three months. Members of our staff have built the first LEED-certified projects in their communities and we’ve converted patient recovery rooms at Virginia Tech’s College of Veterinary Medicine into Oncology clinics.
