    Build our home

    We hired TC Property Solutions (Martin Galardi and his partner James Phillips Real Estate to build our new home. In the beginning communication was good but as time went on and our home progressed, the communication drastically decreased. Mr Galardi would not return phone calls, texts or emails. Items we picked out for our home were changed or incorrect, workmanship on several projects were done extremely poorly including our shower, our concrete driveway & landscaping. There was a list of items that needed taken care of at closing and were told they would be done within a few days to several weeks. We closed May 3rd and as of September 29th many of these were not taken care of. We have had to take care of these by doing ourselves or having to hire contractors to do and have so far spent thousands of dollars with more remaining to do as our budget allows. Our driveway has cracked in several places that shouldn't have happened this soon. We reached out to Mr Galardi and his subcontractor Fred Construction Company who poured the driveway and no response from either. We were not consulted on MANY decisions on our home. We constantly had to remind Mr Galardi of things we wanted done. Building our home with Mr Galardi has affected our health, our marriage and our trust in people. We hope no one else has to go through what we did and continue to go through. ​
