Tee Harbor Construction Inc. was originally established in Juneau, Alaska in 1979 by Bill and Carolyn Gonce. The company’s early work included large custom homes and commercial projects such as the Alaska governor's mansion, capital building, federal offices, and the Alaska state museum. Relocating to Bend, Oregon, in the early 1990s, Tee Harbor Construction expanded its focus to building custom homes throughout Bend, Sisters, Redmond, Sunriver, Black Butte, and Post. In addition to custom residences, the company developed a second division dedicated to building spec homes and residential tracts near Bend. Leadership transitioned in recent years to Chad Gonce, Bill’s son, who now serves as the sole owner. Today, Tee Harbor Construction continues to serve Central Oregon, drawing from decades of experience that span challenging climates and a wide range of both residential and commercial construction projects.
