Owner and founder, Tim McCormac is a graduate of the Del E. Webb School of Construction and Engineering College at Arizona State University. Tim is a second-generation builder who took his college education and knowledge from his father (Robert McCormac – Master builder of 40 years) to evolve his dream of building dream homes and projects for visionary clients. Training for Tim began shortly after he was out of diapers. He grew-up helping his father with his construction projects, sharpening his eye for the recognition of quality work. After high school Tim landed an entry-level position at Pulte Homes in Phoenix, Arizona. For the following five years Tim learned all of the internal workings of a large master builder, both in office and out in the field. The company has continued to grow exponentially, not only as a business, but as a pillar of the custom builder community in this great state of Arizona
