Terra, Latin for earth, and revo meaning renovation, the people behind TerraRevo have been building custom homes in California for over 35 years. TerraRevo undertakes many residential development projects each year on a speculative basis as well as serves its valued clients by providing design-build services.

Often times our development projects are reserved by buyers before completion. This reservation process enables our buyer clients to customize their new home by selecting things like windows and doors, trim packages, plumbing fixtures, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, tile, flooring, paint colors, kitchen appliances, lighting, and landscaping. If reserved early enough in the design-build schedule, our clients can help decide the overall scope and size of the project.

It is not uncommon for a client to ask us to go and find them a property that can be renovated and delivered to them "turnkey". We have the sophistication, experience, and banking relationships to do the heaving lifting so that our clients get to enjoy the "new home" process without having to take on the risk of construction loans, obtaining permits, and to try and manage a large scale construction project on their own.

In addition to our development work, we typically take on 2-3 custom home builds for our valued customers each year. Our experience in the trenches translates to being able to deliver on time and on budget for the projects we make time for.
