The personnel were nothing but cordial. However thats where this goes downhill. It has been a process that has been going on since 11/03/2022 and to this minute have no resolution. This timeframe covers 7 scheduled appointments and 4 visits and nothing finished! We have a broken frame, broken door and too many screw ups to list them here. We have detailed notes if anyone cares to listen. I wouldnt go near these guys if you want a job done and done right. Too bad as the product is great but they are obviously in over their head.

I paid for a complete house of Pella windows on January 29, 2019. It is now July 15, 2019 and my window installation is still not complete. The actual installation began on April 23, but three months later, the news windows are still not ready for inspection. I was told that I would be charged extra if I did not for pay everything in advance, so they have already been paid for a completed job.
I can feel the summer heat coming in the house through the large gaps between the trim and the walls on many windows where they have not been sealed yet. Screens and hardware are also missing. One day one Pella worker arrived, but said he did not have the supplies to fix such massive gaps between the wall and windows because they were too big to caulk. Pella keeps giving me new dates I need to be at the house for the installers to return, but no one ever shows up. I call and am told, “They are on their way”, but it’s not true. Not only is my time wasted with no-shows, I either have to repeatedly move my furniture or leave it in the middle of rooms so the non-existent installers could access the windows if they ever showed up!

We have used Home Depot for 2 interior doors, one outside entry door, one storm door, two windows and just finished up having tile flooring installed by Home Depots installation service. We have been extremely pleased with both the material, the installers and the quality of the work done. I would recommend using Home Depot.

Pella installed a new patio door for us and did a great job. We went to their showroom and picked out the door we wanted prior to any at home visit - this was our choice. They were timely, efficient, and professional during the pre-installation inspection and during installation day. We have no complaints and have enjoyed our Pella door ever since. We would recommend them and their products.

TERRIBLE. WILL NOT USE THEM, again.

It took them six (6) trips to get the installation correct, and this was for only six replacement windows.

1) It started at the onset, when they measured incorrectly. The installer was ready to cancel the order when he arrived with the windows.
2) Twice, they came to the house with the wrong windows. They said at least 1/2 of those on their trailer were "OK", so they asked if they could proceed.
3) We had to go all the way to corporate to get the installation correct - and the total time was seven months from the day they first came to do the installation. This "date" was no the order date, but the date they showed up to do the one-day install. So, overall time was eight months from order to completion.
4) I have a whole computer File Folder with emails that went back-and-forth.
5) All we wanted were the windows to be installed.
6) As for a recommendation, I would recommend these guys to our worst enemy (it would serve the enemy right), but, not a friend.

Pella replaced my windows in 2014 and patio doors in 2015. They did an excellent job both times - very professional and easy to work with.
