    KT Irrigation

    My family did not have a good experience with KT Irrigation. They did not treat a broken valve for months and resulted in excessive water costs. They turned on the water and then dug a whole severing our Verizon FIOS TV / Internet cable when they suspected a leak. I HAD NOT AUTHORIZED ANY DIGGING OTHER THAN TO FIX THE BROKEN VALVE near the water main. They decided to dig about 80 feet away to "fix" a sprinkler without notifying me. They did not contact "Miss Utility" before digging deeper than 6". My wife does professional work from the house, lost time and responsiveness due to the outage and had to incur excessive cell phone usage to maintain technological / internet contact with her employer. A supervisor arrived on-site to blame Verizon. Since the irrigation company supervisor didn't know anything about optical coupling devices, his presence was not needed. I have tried at least every other day to reach Mr. Warren Callis to resolve the outstanding issues. The issues began on June 1st. As of June 15, 2015 we are still playing telephone tag with no written correspondence, no apology, no irrigation service, and a dissatisfied customer. We would not recommend KT Irrigation to our friends.

    wiring failed inspection and would not fix. He tried to charge outrageous fees. He was a jerk and his workers were as well. I tried to ask one of them a question and he pretended he didn't speak English, when it was clear he did after I called BS and tried to fight me. Do not use this contractor. Terrible person to work with, disrespectful and not an honest person.
