Michael Healey founded The Healey Company in 1995 dedicated to building successful real estate developments and construction projects. His extensive expertise in real estate finance and construction analysis has become the company’s greatest asset. The success of the company has been built on his dedication to the goals of clients, investors and business partnerships.

Prior to establishing The Healey Company, Mr. Healey was a residential real estate portfolio manager for Westinghouse Electric Corporation’s financial services unit. During his Westinghouse tenure, he successfully managed an $82 million portfolio of residential assets in the Washington D.C. area, liquidated a $113 million portfolio of nonperforming land development loans and was involved in the development, management and sale of more than 2,500 residential lots and condominium units.

Mr. Healey has a degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University. He is a former board member of the South Side Local Development Company, a community-based economic development agency in Pittsburgh’s historic South Side, serving as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Real Estate Development for many years. Mr. Healey also chairs the Finance Real Estate Policy Committees for the Diocese of Pittsburgh’s Prince of Peace Parish in South Side.
