I received 3 quotes from window/siding companies before deciding on Tom to vinyl side my home, and replace every window with new construction Harvey BP double hung windows. One of the reasons had to do with the age of the home, as it was built in 1950, and I didn't want to just cosmetically improve the exterior of the home without addressing any problem areas that might be overlooked by a window/siding company. I was referred to Tom, and subsequently heard stories of his work ethic, but to witness it firsthand is a sight to see. He's absolutely non-stop, punctual to the minute of arrival, takes 20 minutes lunches, has a partner that does the same, and his attention to detail is unrivaled. Neighbors took notice and commented as well. Problem areas found were discussed in detail with cost effective solutions. For example: The mudroom entrance to the house was completely rotted, and instead of spending forever to repair the rot, Tom tore the entire mudroom down, expanded it's width, reconfigured the roof and I came home to a brand new larger mudroom for not much more than the cost would have been to repair the old one. I would highly recommend Tom and his partner Jeff!
