Thomas Scrivner started in business July 1977, in Fresno, California constructing and remodeling of residential and commercial projects. He has successfully completed projects throughout the California Central Valley, specializing in commercial franchise restaurants. Tom is a third generation general building contractor. He mentored under the direction of a great uncle laying a solid foundation of good work ethics, honesty, and pride. His education was then continued at Fresno State where he majored in architectural drafting, and civil and structural engineering.

Tom's personable character and professional demeanor has led him to adopt the philosophy to build every relationship with integrity and focus attention to detail to every project. His commitment for hard work and honesty will continue to be the blue print of his company ensuring the highest standard in the industry.
