My name is Tim Loughlin, I am a General Contractor specializing in home repairs. I strive for perfection on each and every job. There are quite a variety of tasks I can perform in a household. As an example, many homeowners think you may need a plumber to snake a drain and spend hundreds of dollars doing so. I am qualified, and have years of experience doing an array of jobs that include, but not limited to, plumbing (faucet/valve installations and repairs, etc.), painting, sheet rock (create a pass through in kitchen through to dining room area, etc.) , small electric repairs, carpentry (instal/repair interior or exterior doors, molding, crown molding, door locks, hinges, etc.) Just about anything you can think of!

My company "advertising" has been strictly word of mouth for almost ten years. My customers know when the assign me a job they will be more then satisfied with the beginning, middle, and end result. As i stated earlier i am a perfectionist. Every little detail is important to me. I work alone, which allows me to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction is always a number one priority. I have 30 years experience working in this field. I started as a maintenance repair man, and worked my way to the superintendent position managing over 1000 apartments. In my professional experience i had the opportunity to work for Picatinny Arsenal and expand my knowledge by working on the homes of servicemen. Picatinny is a very diverse town. Some houses i serviced were built as early as the 1800s and some as current as modern day homes . I serviced the homes of enlisted men as well as several Kernels and Generals. I was entrusted to service many homes while the occupants were not present, some of the Generals were so pleased they felt compelled to write reference letters. The contracting team I worked for during that time was presented with the "Hammer Award", an award received for excellence in repair service, given by the Military Housing Department. I spent many years working for other companies, all the while obtaining notable experience and much appreciated knowledge. Once i felt confident enough to open my own business I did so with great enthusiasm. Today i still have the same satisfaction and passion for my job as i did my very first day in business. I truly enjoy what I do for a living, and i believe that makes a considerable difference with the outcome.
