Tisdale Construction, Inc. (TCI) is a state-certified general contracting company with more than 30 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. TCI is one of the few general contracting companies remaining which employs a field work force of skilled construction specialists and supervisors of which the average age is 39.
All company employees, as well as all company operations, are covered under a full insurance umbrella which includes workers compensation, general liability, and commercial auto insurance.
During its history, TCI has been used as a preferred contractor by some of the largest insurance companies in the State of Florida for disaster recovery work. Currently, TCI is using it’s disaster recovery experience to successfully mediate insurance claim discrepancies between property owners and insurance companies.
TCI’s office is located in Gulfport, Florida, but serves all of the greater Tampa Bay area (Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee and Pasco Counties). The company travels state wide for commercial jobs. During the 2005 hurricane season, TCI’s area of operations was Hardee County, south and east of Tampa, traveling to Fort Myers and Naples, to perform repairs caused by Hurricane Wilma in the fall of 2005.
Clients of Tisdale Construction include: a University, a brewery, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, the District Court, many condiminium associations and their management companies, City governments, restaurants and especially individual homeowners who have allowed us to build and remodel their homes for more than a quarter of a century.
