It seems like Toll Brothers, on their lower end houses($450,000), is puttining them off so that they can finish their more expensive houses. The old "he who has more gold" wins. They just keep pushing the next phase, saying they can't get product from the distributor. Really?!?! If you are in t the million dollar club, your house will be finished, if not..... GOOD LUCK! You just don't count with them.
I really didn't think they were like this. I'm very disapointed.
