I had never renovated anything before so to say that this was a daunting task would be an understatement.Vill's team at Top Quality was great from start to finish. They are all professional and knowledgeable and Vill is very responsive and great about answering questions. The work was done beautifully and on time and was still reasonably priced. My job was a gut renovation - floor to ceilings, outside walls all the way in. I am so happy there and can't thank Vill enough!

My boyfriend and I hired Top Quality Construction to remodel both of our bathrooms in our home. We are still at the beginning of our project, but we are very happy so far. Vill has been very attentive and helpful. He has offered suggestions when needed, and has been trying his best to accommodate our wishes. Worked with these guys for a room addition. I'm an artist and wanted to build a studio to use as a work station/office. This team was able to give me the best price without having to compromise much.My project manager Vill came to meet me and even came with samples of materials . I was able to sign on the spot and start work right away.Since I wasn't able to cook during the duration of the project, dinner was taken care of by Top Quality. I used Top Quality Construction for 3 bathroom remodeling in my home and they did great work. It wasn't cheap but I loved the final product and the guys who were here in my home for 6 weeks were professional and courteous and thorough and did great tile and detail work. I then decided to use Top Quality Construction for more remodeling which included travertine flooring and woodwork and lighting in five rooms and decking and outdoor lighting and garage repair and even painting the exterior. Again I could've gone with a cheaper contractor but i really like the crews and the fact that they worked every day and did the job well. I think the important thing is to communicate clearly and continue to be clear about what you expect and then there are no surprises. I love all the work they did for us and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

I hired Top Quality Construction to remodel our kitchen,they did a fabulous job, finish on time and now we have a completely new kitchen.They demolish the old one and restructure step by step the entire place, flooring, electrical, plumbing, new costume cabinets, new granite counter top, tile back splash, 12 recessed lights, painting.

I have Top Quality Construction remodel my kitchen and remove a wall in order to create an open concept. They have an architect and engineer on their team who did all the work regarding the wall as well as help me figure out a design for my new kitchen and pull the pertaining permits. They completed the project about two weeks ago and so far everything looks great and is functioning perfectly. My experience with Top Quality Construction has been fantastic! We are 3 1/2 weeks into construction on our kitchen and cabinets are already coming in soon! We had our kitchen remodeled 2 bathrooms and installed vinyl windows and led recessed lights. We where vary pleased with the work and time that the project was completed in. Vary reasonably priced, clean and no overages at the end of the day that is much more then I can say for our last contractor! I met Vill almost one year ago for an estimate on my room addition. It was a long process to get started because i didn't have the funds right away. But a year after saving I was ready to do it. Top Quality Constrution did an excellent job remodeling our front porch. They completed it within the time they said they would, and cleaned up completed after themselves. Their price was very competitive and their service and quality exceeded the price we paid. We were so satisfied with the work they did we are now considering remodeling the back porch with them as well. They made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving on the last day of work with a final walk through.

Excellent job from beginning to end. The project that Top Quality Remodeling took on was to tear down and rebuild my front porches on my 3 family house in Somerville. Estimate for work was detailed, fairly priced and provided within 5 days. Workers where professional, hard working and paid attention to detail and provided a finished product that me and my family asked for. Vill Santos "The Boss" provided excellent customer service by being on site when needed...stayed in constant in constant contact by phone or text (always responded to my text) and adjusted any issues me or family had with no questions asked. In the end, My family and I where very happy with our porches and feel like we got a quality job that was worth the money we paid. I would recommend Top Quality Remodeling for any home project.

This is the best construction company we have ever used. They are very talented, fair priced, clean and on time and budget. They did our master bathroom, a lot of complex tile work, painting, staining and our back deck. In about 6 -9 months we are having them do our addition. We are very pleased with their workmanship and highly recommend them.
