We recently had Topal Construction help us transformed our workshop to a living space. The work involved dry wall, insulation, windows, door, closets, floor, electric work ... Kenan and Gerson are very easy to work with. Their team finished the project ahead of schedule with great quality. They always left the place clean and neat. They got out of their way to satisfy as much as possible the customer's asks. The room turned out amazingly nice. Lots of professionalism and attention to details. They will be my go to contractors for any future projects and I would strongly recommend Kenan, Gerson and their team without any reservation.

Great experience working with Topal. I had a remodel job that required drywall, painting, and flooring work. They were quick to respond, and offered a very competitive bid with great enthusiasm. Once hired, they completed the work quickly (on schedule) with very high quality.
While a lot of contractors can match Topal in some ways, they excel at the whole package. For example, they even tracked down obscure carpet and tile samples to ensure I got exactly the right materials to complete the project. I wound up going with tile, and Gerson did an outstanding job matching tiles. The floor is perfect.
Great job. These guys are awesome. I will definitely hire them again.

I hired Topal Construction for a glass wall project for inside of my salon. I told them that I had a deadline and wanted to make sure everything would be done within a month. I was quoted a very reasonable price and was told it would be done within 7-14 business days. Next thing you know, I received a phone call 5 days later saying that they had purchased and received the wall and ready for installation! They even helped me out with the frosted design I was trying to get on the wall by reaching out to other companies on my behalf. This company does such amazing work and I can guarantee you that if you hired them, you'd be very well taken care of! I recommend everyone to try them out, definitely my go to contractors from now on!

Worked with Topal to do a small kitchen remodel to replace cooktop and install a range hood vent. They were very professional and did a great job in a timely manner. They even returned to make some requested changes after the work was already done in order to make it perfect. Excellent customer service.

After talking to a few different contractors who bid on the project, we decided to go with Topal for our bathroom remodel project that included tiling, baseboard trims, replacing the toilet bowl and also the faucets and shower head as well as some grout repair work. They were not the cheapest bid but talking to Dale over the phone convinced me that they really wanted to business and were extremely professional with their approach.
Gerson came and took all the measurements and Kenan sent me the list of work items for approval. They also made sure to bring us samples of tiles and offered to bring more if we didn't like any of the ones they presented. Once we had the details ironed out, Gerson and his father came by and completed the work in 1.5 days when we had initially budgeted 3 days for the work. The were extremely clean, neat and tidy, made sure they lay our mats and cleaned up well after they were done. A couple of things changed from the initial plan but they happily accommodated the changes as a part and parcel of the job.
We were thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality with which they work. They are a new company in the region and are still looking to build their credentials but I'm very glad we decided to work with them. They have been thoroughly professional and we're extremely happy with the end result. The pricing is still a tad bit mysterious to me when it comes to the material sourcing, labor charges, markups and the unknowns but that is probably because this is the first ever time I had hired a contractor to do a job.
We would strongly recommend working with Kenan, Dale, Gerson and the Topal team and encourage you to give them a chance to bid on your projects. Although they are new, they know what they're doing and are really nice and reliable people to work with. We are currently in the middle of another project with them to repair some damaged walls in the house and I'm sure they will do just as great a job with it as they did with the bathroom.
