TradeStaff Contracting Services was formed by James Morris in 1981.
The company started out as a Residential/ Commercial Construction Cleanup Company.
In 1989 the company expanded to include Asbestos Removal and Demolition.
Starting in 1992 TradeStaff Contracting Services began renovating residential properties, throughout the State of California.
During this time TradeStaff Contracting Services expanded its services to include demolition services on all types of commercial, industrial and residential projects, including projects ranging from the California State Capitol Building to the California Hotel in Oakland.
In 2009, TradeStaff Contracting Services understood the need for a one-stop shop service for banks, investors, and companies, as well as individuals, involved in acquiring distressed residential properties, renovating and rehabbing these properties, in order to resell them and or rent them back to the public.
