Traditional Designs Construction

Traditional Designs began in September 2001 while the founder, Ron Pelson, worked from his home office. He made a commitment, to himself and his community, to provide a building design service that would exceed the normal status quo. In the development of the firm he quickly made excellent working relations with numerous builders and the local governing agencies. The business quickly outgrew the home environment and an office space was needed. As the client and project list grew to an unmanageable quantity, the need for the business to expand developed rapidly.

In 2004, Traditional Designs added Brad Kessinger as a staff member to reduce the burden of the overwhelming amount of work that Ron faced everyday. Quickly the two of them developed a camaraderie that exceeded both expectations.

In 2005, the company converted the business into an incorporation and became Traditional Designs, Inc. Amanda Gutierrez was added to the staff in 2011, as an associate designer.

Within the walls of Traditional Designs, Inc. a working family has been formed and the company continues to excel.
