Trinity Development is an independently owned construction company that has operated in the greater King County area for over 15 years. It is owned by Terry Calloway who is also the operator of all equipment and personally works on each and every job to ensure quality. Before starting his Construction company in 2000, Terry owned his own Semi-trucking company for 20 years.
Trinity Development specializes in Excavation, Demolition, Dump Trucking, Clearing, Grading and soon to start cement delivery. Trinity owns all its own equipment which allows for a better quote for you because rental fees and such will not need to be added into the pricing. Trinity 's largest and most recognizable jobs include Sound Transit Light Rail and Transit Center (2004-2007), Valley electric (2010) and an ongoing contract with the City of Seattle from 2007-present.
