We recently moved to Dayton to discover the water was horrible! After spending a month of doing research and asking neighbors and strangers about their systems, if they had one :(, I came to the realization that it was absolutely necessary to go to specialists rather than the big box stores that wanted $1000 to install a $400 system. I recalled the billboard on highway 50 and called for an appointment. I was honest and told them I didn't know if I could afford them. I was given a quote by phone, 2 days later our sales person Joe Tierney visited, tested our water and we were horrified with the results. On Monday our new Puronics Defender System and Ultrowater reverse osmosis systems were installed by Jon Quintell. While our system is new I couldn't be happier. Both representatives were professional, courtesy, friendly and helpful. I can't thank Jon Quintell enough for his knowledge of the systems and educating us. He was also so very neat and clean with all his work. Time will be the test for the system but as for the company I can certainly say they have more than proved to me thus far that they go above and beyond for the customer. THANK YOU for giving us clean and safe water to drink.
