Trump & Moloney LLP is a full-service construction general contractor, fully licensed, bonded and insured for residential and light commercial/industrial work in the State of Oregon since 1999.

With over 35 years educational and practical experience in a wide variety of construction and design techniques and applications, our projects range from minor repairs to major additions, whole house remodels and complete new construction -- with specialties in commercial Tenant Improvements, home maintenance and repair, kitchens and baths, custom millwork and interior/exterior finish carpentry, custom stone and tile work, professional soundproofing/studios/ theatres, historical restoration, steel stud construction, and project management/coordination and consultation.

We are fully committed to our goal of providing the highest quality planning, coordination, workmanship and materials – and general standard of ethics and conduct – for each and every project, and to completing each project in the most productive and cost efficient manner possible while maintaining the standard of craftsmanship throughout the entire process. Also though not yet LEED certified, we are an extremely environmentally conscious company and incorporate “green building” techniques and materials whenever it’s a viable option to do so.

Since February of 2000, our locally owned company has served the Portland Metro area. Although a small sized company, our work easily compares to that of the bigger, top name contractors in the Portland Metro area – only at less cost to the consumer! Also, we typically are able to infuse our projects with a very customized and personalized sense of customer service that can also set us apart from other contractors. We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
