We finally bought our first house and we needed some remodeling and touch up.
It was already a nice home but the kitchen needed to be updated, and some other cosmetic.
We opened the kitchen by putting down a wall that was separating the dining room and the kitchen. We painted the entire house in white, which gives it an impression of having a bigger house and make the design of our home easier.
We redid the stair case, chose vinyl flooring entire house.
Retailed the showers. And of course redid a brand new kitchen remodeling. We called tulip and they helped out with everything. They helped with the design, went shopping with us, and managed all the bureaucratic aspects for us. I’ve been renting out a small ADU on my property and, after the most recent tenant vacated, I decided it was time to upgrade the entire unit. I chose to move forward with the guys at Tulip because their pricing and timeline was the most reasonable. I wanted to make the unit a little more luxurious, so we tore out the old vinyl flooring and put in engineered hardwood. We also put in recessed lights, new appliances, and a marble countertop. In the bathroom we opted to change the tub for a standing shower with tile all around and a glass door. We put tile on the floor of the bathroom, too, and installed a nice hardwood vanity. Owen was absolutely integral during the entire process, helping me with the design, and shopping with me.

We HATED our old bathroom’s layout. We tried to think of a few ways to reorient the bathroom but couldn’t visualize it well enough to make a decision. While looking for contractors, we came across Tulip and saw that they helped with design. During our meeting with Jacob we learned that Tulip does 3D renderings, which me and my husband really liked! It helped us experiment and try out different layouts, and choose what we thought was going to be the best for us. The new bathroom matched the 3D design perfectly. We were thrilled with the entire process, and the team’s efficiency exceeded our expectations.

We called Tulip Remodeling to upgrade our old, rundown, and tiny kitchen. Mike came by and gave us some great ideas to open up the kitchen. We worked closely with Mike and his design team to expand the size of the kitchen and make it a much more inviting and productive cooking space. We opted for a more contemporary design, choosing white marble countertops, and shaker-style cabinets. We were able to open up the kitchen enough to build an island (we even had enough space to have comfortable island seating!) We smoothed out the ceiling, added recessed lights, and wood floors. We are absolutely in love with the new kitchen.
