Sandy Dixon founded Turn Key Construction Management, Inc. in 2007 as a one hundred percent woman owned Construction Company. In 2019 Turn Key continues to offer construction services to clients in Arkansas and surrounding states. With offices in Fort Smith and Bentonville, Turn Key strives to engage its clients throughout the entire construction process. Turn Key offers both general contractor and construction management services for a variety of building types and clients. However most of their work has been with public clients such as cities, states and other government entities. Additionally the vast majority of Turn Key’s completed projects have been unique building additions and remodels while having to keep all other portions of the building fully operational.
Over the years, the scale and complexity of Turn Key’s projects have grown from a few hundred square feet and a few thousand dollars in construction costs to projects such as the Arkansas State Police Headquarters which is 46,000 SF and $14 million. However, Turn Key’s ability to continue to have satisfied clients has not changed. Turn Key firmly believes that their reputation is built one satisfied client at a time and will do all they can to achieve this goal.
